“The Bachelorette” Australia season 3 leading lady has yet to be announced. Several names have emerged as possible next leading lady of the reality show including former “The Bachelor” Australia contestant Keira Maguire.

Maguire has been very vocal that she would love to appear on the Bachelor nation again but in a leading role this time around. On her Instagram post on April 9, Maguire complained about being single before teases that she hopes to find love on this season of “The Bachelorette.”

The blonde beauty shared a meme which reads: “Me: why is everyone together and I'm single ... Also me: declines every date, takes 3-5 business days to reply, never smiles, cannot parallel park.” Then she captioned the image: “Except I Always Smile & I am an Amazing Parallel Parker .... Totes going to be Bachelorette 2017 #justsaying.” Quickly, fans asked questions on whether or not she will star as the next Bachelorette.

Maguire had been one of the frontrunners in “The Bachelor Australia” last year. However, star Richie Straham dumped her halfway through the competition. Straham did not wait for the rose ceremony and decided to send Maguire home after their solo date.

Throughout her stay in the mansion, Maguire gained an impression of being a villain for repeatedly targeting her fellow contestants. Although Strahan defended her, saying Maguire is just outspoken, he also eventually loses his patience on the account manager from New South Wales.

Earlier, there have been speculations that Georgia Love’s season would be the last for the show due to low ratings. Only about 1.49 million viewers tuned in as Love chose Lee Elliot in season 2 finale last year. This was below Sam Frost’s season-ending, which had a viewership of 1.56 million. Love’s premiere episode rating was also below Frost’s.

Channel Ten still renewed “The Bachelorette” Australia for another season in November 2016. Since the renewal, several names have come up as the possible star in the next season.

Among them is “The Bachelor” Australia season 4 runner-up Australia Nikki Gogan. Many fans believe that Gogan can make the audience tune in every week because of her charm and love story. Some fans also launched a # NikkiForBachelorette2017 campaign after Straham dumped Gogan and chose Alex Nation instead.

Another possible contender for “The Bachelorette” Australia season 3 is former Miss Universe Australia Tegan Martin. However, the beauty queen already denied reports that she will be the next leading lady of the reality show. “I'm flattered they would want me to be in that position. But I am definitely not going to be the next Bachelorette as I have a partner and I'm very happy,” she told the Daily Telegraph last week.

Network Ten had said they will reveal the identity of the next star to the public later this year. “The Bachelorette” Australia season 3 is expected to premiere later this year.
