Tammy Slaton is blowing off steam with her pals in the next episode of "1000-lb Sisters."

In a sneak peek of Monday's episode of the TLC show, obtained by People, Slaton, 35, said she has spent the last few days "partying with my friends."

"We've just been drinking, vaping," she shared in the clip as she got into a friend's car to head to the liquor store.

Slaton shared that her interest in going out and partying didn't start until she was an adult because she "was super shy" about her weight and didn't have many friends when she was a teenager.

"I just stayed in my little bubble," she said of her teenage years. "But now I'm to the point where I don't care. I'm gonna be me. Whether you like it, he likes it, she like it, we all don't like it. I don't care. I want to be me."

Some of Slaton's friends, however, are aware that her family might disapprove of her choices as the reality star is supposed to be following a strict diet to lose weight and qualify for weight loss surgery.

But Rob, a family friend, supports Tammy. For him, she needs a break every now and then.

"I understand that, health-wise, but I feel like when I come around, it's just to get all that stress off her and to have a good time," he said in an interview. "She doesn't have to worry about anything, we just have a good time together."

Later in the teaser, Slaton can be seen having mixed drinks and enjoying some pizza at a friend's home.

She explained that she and her pals don't usually healthy when they're drinking because "if [she eats] something like pizza, or pizza rolls, the bread soaks up the alcohol, and then the grease helps so [they] don't get too hung over."

When it comes to partying, Slaton said she prefers hanging out at a friend's house over going to bars. "I'm a home person," she shared in the preview.

In December 2021, Slaton ended her relationship with then-boyfriend Phillip Redmond. According to the TLC star, she broke up with him because she was tired of him getting mad over little things.

Now that Slaton is single, her sisters Amy and Misty hope she will focus on her weight loss journey to qualify for bariatric surgery. However, Slaton recently expressed interest in dating again.

"My door's always open to talking to people. And if something works out, then it just works out," Slaton said in a previous episode.

"1000-lb Sisters" Season 3 airs every Monday on TLC at 10 p.m. EST.
