“X Factor UK” contender 4th Impact had the “best day” when they finally met one of their favourite artists, One Direction. The four-member sister group even shared their dreams of performing with the band someday.

4th Impact finally met One Direction during Monday’s “X Factor UK” show and even shared a picture of their group selfie with the band on Twitter. The “group captioned the image with, “Lovely to meet you finally @onedirection #4thimpactmeets1D wooh! Best day EVER...”

This is not the first time that 4th Impact met a member of One Direction. Earlier this November, the four singers had the chance to meet 1D band member Liam Payne. According to New magazine, the “X Factor UK” group bumped into Payne backstage and was starstruck in the chance encounter. The group even described the meeting as an “unforgettable moment.”

4th Impact singer Almira Cercado told New magazine that they “couldn’t speak at all” when they met Payne. “He hugged us and kissed all of us,” she shared. “We were just like, 'Oh my god!'”

She also revealed to New magazine their dream of performing with One Direction some day. "We have a dream to see them and perform with them one day,” she said. “Even if it's just as back-up singers and dancers!"

Meanwhile, 4th Impact will be joining the “X Factor 2016 Live Tour,” which will feature the final seven acts of the competition, reports ITV. The news was also announced by “X Factor UK” judge and showrunner Simon Cowell during the live decider show on Monday. The judges will also choose one act from the six eliminated “X Factor UK” contenders to join the “X Factor 2016 Live Tour.”

So far, the all-Filipino four-sister group has been wowing the judges and viewers of “X Factor UK” with their amazing vocal prowess and powerful stage performances. The “X Factor UK” judges were even more impressed with the group’s latest performance, where 4th Impact member Celina Cercado nearly collapsed on stage.

“X Factor UK” showrunner Cowell praised 4th Impact and commented that it was the “most incredible thing” they have seen on the show despite Cercado’s condition. Apart from Cowell, the group’s mentor, Cheryl Fernadez-Versini, also commended 4th Impact for their professionalism.

"That is what stars do,” she said, explaining that singers suffer through various conditions like sore throats and losing one’s voice but they still push ahead with performances and work. “That says a lot about what you girls can be," she stated.

“X Factor UK” airs every Sunday and Monday on ITV in the UK
