Windows 10 For Desktop Leak

According to Neowin, the Windows 10 for desktop with build 10064 apparently does not come with any major UI changes. But then, there seems to be several added features related to altering the theme colour of the OS. Furthermore, the new transparent Recycle Bin icon is reportedly part of this build, plus the search bar colour matches the OS theme. Speaking of the new browser Spartan, the UI reportedly looks like a replica of the earlier leaks. Windows 10 For Phones/Mobile

Microsoft has recently released the Windows 10 for phones with the build 10051. But then, many Lumia 520, Lumia 525 and Lumia 526 owners that installed the build were reportedly facing various problems with their smartphones. The issue apparently became very evident when the aforesaid Lumia device users tried reverting back to the original Windows Phone 8.1 OS. Many users reportedly got their handsets bricked in the process of reverting back to WP 8.1 via the Windows Phone recovery tool, notes Winbeta.

Microsoft has apparently acknowledged the problem and responded with the following statement: "The blocks of data were too large for some devices to handle, and the memory on the device was having trouble with the speed at which the data was being written. In short, devices were getting too much data, too quickly. This would cause the failure as the new software is corrupted."

Interestingly, Winbeta says, this particular issue affected only the selected models of Lumia 52X series of devices. In any case, readers should note that, Microsoft has reportedly released a new version of the Recovery Tool to help the once affected by the bricking problem.

Touch-Friendly Microsoft Office For Phones

Winbeta says, towards the end of April, Microsoft will release the "Office Universal apps preview for Windows 10 for phone.” The tech giant is reportedly gearing up to release a relatively better touch- and mobile-friendly Office 2016 suite.
