The Apple iPad Pro, also referred as iPad Plus, has been in news for a long-time revealing key aspects of the upcoming tablet. Reportedly, this tablet will be bigger than the other iPads that are currently being sold i.e. iPad Air and iPad Mini series. Meanwhile, the tech giant is believed to target the education-related and business customers with its iPad Pro. Needless to say, Apple reportedly wants the new tablet to give Microsoft Surface Pro 4/3 a run for its money. However, now, a new report showcases the killer protective cases of the upcoming device and thereby, revealing key design features.

The humongous 12.9-inch display clad Apple iPad Pro specifications reportedly include four speakers and an optional stylus. This stylus can be purchased as an accessory separately. According to credible tipster Sonny Dickson, who is also responsible for leaking innumerable details about the Apple iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c, has reportedly got access to the cases allegedly belonging to the iPad Pro/iPad Plus, writes Phone Arena.

In-line with the earlier leaks, the protective cases apparently come with two cut outs on the top of the tablet and additional two cut outs at the bottom, specific to the four speakers. Moreover, there are reportedly two ports: One, located at the bottom for the Lightning connector and the other one is located on the left side specific to USB-C connector.

Speaking of other Apple iPad Pro features, Phone Arena says, the new device will reportedly come with super thin chassis and thin bezels, following the current trend. In any case, the tablet is apparently thicker than the 6.1 mm iPad Air 2. However, the device will be thinner than the Apple iPhone 6 Plus at 7.1 mm. With respect to iPad Pro design, the tablet will apparently be a replica of the Apple iPad Air line-up.

Under the hood, the device is expected to be powered by the Apple A8X processor, which was last seen in Apple iPad Air 2. Also, it is worth noting that, this processor unit is 55 percent faster when compared to the A8 processor housed in the Apple iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus smartphones, notes Phone Arena.

Meanwhile, MacRumors report says, the iPad Pro specifications will also include 2 GB of RAM configuration along with Touch ID fingerprint scanner. When it comes to Apple iPad Pro release date, even though there is no official confirmation, the tablet is expected to make a landfall in October, following the mass production in September. Nonetheless, Apple has not confirmed the iPad Pro specifications and features thus far.
