‘The Voice’ Season 9 'The Battles, Part 4' highlights: Summer Schappell, Darius Scott and Shelby Brown continue their run on the show [Watch Videos]

"The Voice” Season 9 continued on Tuesday with “The Battles, Part 4.” The latest episode featured the other contenders that were picked up by the judges of each team. Unfortunately, some aspirants, including Jubal and Amanda, were dropped from the show.

“The Battles Part 4” saw the pairing of talented "The Voice" hopefuls from each team including Amanda Ayala vs. Shelby Brown (Team Adam), Amy Vachal vs. Jubal and Amanda (Team Pharrell), Emily Ann Roberts vs. Morgan Frazier (Team Blake), Daria Jazmin vs. Darius Scott (Team Pharrell), Cole Criske vs. Nadjah Nicole (Team Blake), and Summer Schappell vs. Hanna Ashbrook (Team Gwen).

The battle began with Amanda Ayala vs. Shelby Brown, both 17, from Team Adam. They sang “Edge of Seventeen” by Stevie Nicks. Adam selects Shelby over Amanda owing to her huge notes that impressed everyone. The next contenders to flock on the stage were Amy Vachal vs. Jubal and Amanda from Team Pharrell. They performed “To Love Somebody” by The Bee Gees. Pharrell decides to choose Amy for the next round and eliminated Jubal and Amanda from the show.

The next battle on the stage was fought between Daria Jazmin vs. Darius Scott from Team Pharrell. They performed “Lean On Me” by Bill Withers. Pharrell was quite impressed with Darius and chose him for the next round.

Meanwhile, Cole Criske and Nadjah Nicole from Team Blake performed “Baby One More Time” by Britney Spears. Blake declared Nadjah as the winner of this battle. "The Voice" 2015 contestants Summer Schappell and Hanna Ashbrook from Team Gwen performed “Leave The Pieces” by The Wreckers. Gwen picked Summer as the winner and eliminated Hanna from the competition.

As for Team Blake’s Emily Ann Roberts and Morgan Frazier, they performed “I’m That Kind of Girl” by Patty Loveless. At the end of the performance, Blake chose Emily over Morgan. It's not over for Morgan though because Pharrell stole her for his team. She will move on to the Knockouts with Emily and the rest of the winners in “The Battles, Part 4” episode of "The Voice” Season 9.
