Harrison Ford may have just spilled a potential “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” spoiler during a live Q&A Twitter event on Friday. The actor, who plays the iconic Millennium Falcon pilot Han Solo, revealed a major fight scene happening in the movie involving Rey (Daisy Ridley) and Kylo Ren (Adam Driver). The scene reportedly hints that Rey could actually be a Jedi.

During a #TwitterAwakens Q&A, Ford was asked by a fan about his favourite scene in “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.” The actor replied that he likes the sword fight between Rey and the main villain Kylo Ren.

This fight scene between Rey and Kylo Ren in “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” was also teased in the Disney Infinity 3.0 trailer, which according to StarWars7news was actually a full recreation of the movie trailer. At first it was assumed that Finn (John Boyega) is the masked person fighting Kylo Ren.

However, a closer and double look at the scene shows someone with white hands and wearing a black belt fighting the villain. The belt is seen with Rey’s costume. These indicate it’s Rey and not Finn caught in the duel. Although contrary to what Ford said, in this battle scene the two fighters are using lightsabers and not swords. StarWars7news shared a photo to focus on Kylo Ren’s opponent.

According to Cinema Blend, Ford’s answer teases Rey’s connection to the Force. It’s supposedly likely that at some point in the movie she would be revealed as a Jedi.

This is not the first time that Rey is rumoured to be a Jedi of some sort in “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.” One scene in the movie supposedly shows that she too is Force sensitive. At one point in the film Rey gets imprisoned by the First Order at their castle base. She reportedly uses her Jedi mind control powers to convince the Stormtroopers watching her to leave their post so she can escape.

It’s still uncertain if a sword fight between Rey and Kylo Ren really happens in the movie. However, Ford has revealed in an interview with ABC’s Good Morning America that he has seen the full J.J. Abrams film. So he has full knowledge of what goes on in the movie.
