One Instagram user named movieman_a113 wrote, “HOLY CRAP ITS THE ULTIMATE SPIDEY!” while another fan named shahroze.s said, “Holy s**t bro that's the ultimate Spider-Man Peter Parker hair.”

Comic Book also shared a photo comparison proving just how similar Holland’s new haircut is with the hairstyle of the comic book version of "Spider-Man." The parted hair in the middle coupled with the long bangs reportedly resembles the Peter Parker in the “Ultimate Spider-Man” comic book.

Aside from the new haircut, the actor also revealed his physical transformation. Holland’s time at the gym has apparently paid off based on the developed muscles on his once slender body.

Andrew Garfield had previously explained why Holland fits the role of Spider-Man because of his physical frame. He told Entertainment Online (ET) in an interview at the Annual Grants Banquet for the Hollywood Foreign Press Association that the 19-year old possesses the “right form” because he is a dancer.

The former “Spider-Man” star complimented Holland’s acting skills calling him as “this incredibly powerful, sensitive, just wonderful young actor." The 32-year old also revealed his excitement to watch Holland portray the superhero role.

"It feels lovely, especially because Tom Holland is a really, really great actor,” Garfield said in the ET report.

Holland will debut his "Spider-Man" character in the upcoming “Captain America: Civil War” before he stars in his solo film on July 28, 2017. It’s uncertain just how much screen time he will have. It’s believed he will have some scenes with Robert Downey Jr. ("Iron Man") and Chris Evans ("Captain America").
