Serena Williams had a Twitter Q&A with fans on Nov. 7. The 18-time Grand Slam champion had half an hour to spare to answer some of the questions from her 4.44 million Twitter followers.

Serena opened up the Q&A session by answering the question tweeted by a fan on the topic of settling down and having a family. She said that she desperately wants to have a family of her own, but she also revealed that she is no hurry to do so. "My time will come," Serena tweeted. When asked if she is single, Serena responded, "Not by choice."

The tennis star also opened up about other topics including what she enjoys the most during the offseason. Serena ended her season by claiming her fifth trophy in the WTA Finals held in Singapore.

According to the tennis star, she likes to be around people when she isn't playing in tournaments. As seen on her social media accounts, Serena has been enjoying her time off the sport by vacationing and going out with her closest pals.

As for her life after tennis, Serena said she wants to have kids and live a normal life. She added that she wants to continue working with her charity and clothing lines. Serena has established The Serena Williams Foundation "to provide assistance to youth whose parents and families have been affected by violent crimes and to provide assistance to underprivileged youth around the world in receiving the highest quality education." For her clothing line, Serena has partnered with Home Shopping Network for her own signature collection of leggings, tops, and dresses.

Serena also talked about what type of career she would have gotten into if she didn't play tennis. She said she would have become an actress.

Serena ended her interaction with fans with a tweet, thanking everyone who had participated in her Q&A session. She said she had fun but had to leave already. She didn't say where she was off to, but prior the start of her Twitter Q&A, she said she has some work to do for her charity.
