Me and my girlfriends will get together and dance at 10 at night until one in the morning and make fun videos," shared Gomez, adding, "It's helping me get active and I'm learning how to move. [Dance] is an art form and I want to get good at it. And it definitely feels good!"

Selena may also be snapped eating carb-loaded food but thank her fitness reps to keep Gomez in check. Once in a while, the singer can be seen munching on fruits rather on chips. If fans wish to get the Selena Gomez-like bikini body, then dancing and fruit dieting is all they need.
