Former Disney stars have nothing but love for each other despite all the nasty rumours circulating around the web. One great example is Selena Gomez who had proclaimed her admiration for Miley Cyrus. What did the lovely Latina have to say about the former "Hanna Montana" star?

After doing a bunch of interviews, Selena Gomez dropped by the radio station in Boston, 103.3 FM where she opened up on the Maxim Hot 100 list. In the list, Selena only ranked number two while co-Disney star, Miley Cyrus ranked number one. Unlike their feuding fans, Gomez did not feel the list bit jealous and had in fact praised Cyrus.

"She's beautiful," stated Selena.

Justin Bieber's ex-beau went on to add that she had never been fond of lists or the reason why people make these up. Still, that doesn't change the fact Selena ranked second on the list beating stars such as Jennifer Lawrence and Jennifer Love Hewitt to the top.

Miley Cyrus has yet to react to Gomez's statement but surely enough the singer would know all about it. Fans of Gomez and Swift are quite plentiful on Cyrus' followers on Twitter. So much so that these fans would send death threats to the bleached blonde singer, in a recent tweet by Cyrus.

"Everyday someone with a Swift or Gomez in there name wishes terrible things upon me (death is popular) Please Smilers don't ever," stated Miley.

Some fans are obviously dedicated to the core. Apparently, fans think that throwing death threats around is easily forgivable. For starters, Miley Cyrus isn't the only victim of death threats on Twitter. Gomez had also been subject to such when she had started out dating Justin Bieber.

Hopefully, Selena's recent radio interview does something to lessen the tension between her and Cyrus. Of course, everyone would know that flattery always gets someone somewhere.
