Guess who’s back? Singer-actress Selena Gomez, 24, had a comeback at the American Music Awards. It was her first public appearance after entering rehab about three months ago, and she was looking as healthy as ever.

A lot of her fans have been asking whether she will be at the American Music Awards and indeed she was there. Many were in awe seeing her looking stunning as ever and as many have observed that she looked healthier than before. When asked on how she managed to consistently look beautiful, the former Disney princess confessed on some of her beauty secrets.

Selena started off by revealing some of her health tips as well as beauty secrets in an interview with Elle Magazine. "I'm horrible at discipline when it comes to working out," said Selena. Despite such dilemma, she continued by saying that at times she would do hikes and that she would also use her Pilates machine to keep her fit. To stay physically fit especially during her tour, she has trainer Amy Rosoff Davis to help her with her daily exercise routine.

"I wanted to be healthy; I wanted to feel good. I just wanted to make sure I was the best I could be for the show and for my fans."

There is one bizarre health secret that she disclosed and that is about her sweat bed. She explained, "You lay in these beds in a sweat suit, and they wrap you up and you sweat for 45 minutes and it releases all the toxins of your body." It might sound gross but as she explains that it actually makes thein feel softer and incredible.

As for her beauty secrets as well as tips, she said that as much as possible she would stay away from makeup. It would come as a shock to her fans but yes, this former child star prefers not to wear too much makeup or no makeup at all.

"I don't know if it's bad advice, I just think it's kind of to each their own. For me, I can't really sleep with things on my body or tinted things just because I get worried. It's not my vibe," she said.

If given a chance to trade hair with any of her friends, Selena mentioned a former "Gossip Girl" star.

"I wish she was my friend, but she's not my friend. Blake Lively. I've never met her, but I just love her hair."

Strange as it may seem for some, these beauty and health tips have been an effective regimen for Selena and these might work for others too.
