Besides taking risky selfies, tourists should add making romantic marriage proposals while on cliffsides to their don’t lists.

A couple about to get married found out too late that breath-taking and panoramic views while asking the woman if she wants to marry you is not worth the risk after the lady lost her breath permanently when she plunged down the cliff to her death.

The incident happened on Tuesday in the resort Cala Tarida in Ibiza, Spain, when 29-year-old Dimitrova of Bulgaria jumped up and down with joy after her waiter boyfriend asked her to marry him, reports the New York Post.

While doing so, she lost her balance and fell 65 feet, in the process suffering a heart attack due to her injuries. She was still alive but unconscious when medics came, but Dimitrova died a few minutes later before she could become a bride.

The stunning sunset view spot became a sunset for their relationship.

Authorities have ruled out foul play. A Civil Guard spokesman said, quotes Fox News, “Everything is pointing towards the death being the result of a tragic freak accident.”
