With merely 10 days away from the PS4 release date, Sony has released a new trailer for its next-gen console, this time showing off the console up close. Viewers get certain reminders of the features, like the GDDR5 8 GB memory, the Blu Ray optical drive, built-in 500 GB HD as well as the other connectivity and parts.

Spotted by VG 24/7, this is pretty much just a reminder advert, unlike the previous ones for "Greatness Awaits." It would've been a better way to hype up the PS4 console, though it's also possible that Sony may be laying low on its greatness, considering that the Xbox One has been upping the console in some of the features.

Still, it's not too late to make announcements, such as using a patch to undo the damage brought on by the lack of mp3 capabilities and streaming via DLNA.

Watch the new trailer in the link above, although it's pretty much a cosmetic article that shows of all sides and angles of the PS4.

What to Bring for Best Buy's Midnight Launch

IGN has obtained details for those who are getting their next-gen console pre-orders, applicable for both the PS4 and the Xbox One.

Pre-orders are pretty convenient if you don't want to stand in line for the midnight launch. You can get it anytime within 8 days after the launch date----but only in that time frame, lest it be cancelled. For those who are attending the midnight launch, you need to bring a couple of documents to ensure that you don't waste your trip.

You'll have to bring any government-issued photo ID, the credit or debit card that had been used for the order (unless it was Paypal) and the order number. Best Buy has also advised that customers should arrive early, as there will surely be queues for all participating stores.

For those who still haven't had their pre-orders and are hoping to catch a console in-store, it's also on a first come, first served basis with limited quantities that will surely sell faster than hot cakes. The system for non-pre-orders will involve a ticket to be given one per customer and will begin 2 hours before the midnight launch.

New PS4 Game Possibly from EPIC?

Sony has been reported to announce a new game for the PS4 come the eve of the console's launch, and already, there are speculations on what game it will be.

This time, a rumour caught by N4G suggests that it will be a new EPIC game. Taking its hints from EPIC Games VP and co-founder Mark Rein, the report states that he had posted a countdown to the PS4 midnight launch. This wasn't much of a big deal until the announcement that another new game will be announced for the PS4 platform.

In the report, the tweets from Mr Rein include not only the countdown but also a retweet of Geoff Keighley's announcement of the new game. This is an interesting development, since it has been reported before that EPIC won't be doing any games with Microsoft for the Xbox One.

Whether or not this will be an exclusive IP may just strengthen the PS4's line-up, and potentially erase, for the meantime, the disappointment that came with recent news about the console and its massive FAQs.
