“Pretty Little Liars” has roped in Roberto Aguire in a recurring role for Season 6B. The actor will play the role of Liam Greene, a handsome editorial assistant from Boston.

Roberto is the best friend of Emma Watson. He first met Emma while filming "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire,” where he worked as an intern in the special effects department, according to Seventeen.

There are speculations that Greene could be Aria’s (Lucy Hale) newest love interest. In the teaser released by ABC Family, it was revealed that Aria will be working in a publishing firm after the five-year leap. During a recent interview, Hale confirmed that Aria will be in a relationship, but her partner will not be Ezra (Ian Harding), MTV News reported.

No other details have been revealed about Roberto’s character, The Wrap reported. However, Aria and Ezra will continue to have a strong connection. In fact, the estranged couple will cross paths again because Ezra’s book will be launched under Aria’s publishing firm.

“Their relationship has a lot more depth now that they’re older. On a professional level,” Hale said. She added that despite their age, they are still each other’s first loves. There is innocence in their relationship and Hale said she loved them together. The actress added that their relationship was real and genuine and she was excited to see where both the characters will head in the new Season.

The new Season of “Pretty Little Liars” will also unveil details about Emily (Shay Mitchell), Spencer (Troian Bellisario), Alison (Sasha Pieterse) and Hanna’s (Ashley Benson) relationship status. Emily and Spencer will be shown to be single, when the teen thriller premieres on Jan. 12. Alison will be engaged to a new character, and Hanna will be in a relationship with a new man.

The new teaser released by the network shows Caleb Rivers (Tyler Blackburn) having sex with someone, apparently Spencer (Troian Bellisario). Later, Toby (Keegan Allen) is seen punching Caleb in a different scene.

“Pretty Little Liars” Season 6B returns on Jan. 12 on Freeform, formerly known as ABC Family, in the U.S.
