The cast of “Pitch Perfect 3” has gathered together for group picture. Anna Kendrick (Beca) has shared the photo on social media.

Finally, fans have seen the ladies assembling as a team again. Kendrick uploaded the photo on her official Instagram account with the caption, “Team.”

“Pitch Perfect 3” cast members included in the photo are Chrissie Fit (Flo), Rebel Wilson (Fat Amy), Hana Mae Lee (Lilly) and Shelley Regner (Ashley). Kelley Jakle (Jessica), Ester Dean (Cynthia Rose), Brittany Snow (Chloe) and Anna Camp (Aubrey) were also smiling in the photo.

Some fans could not help but notice that Hailee Steinfeld (Emily) was not present in the photo. But fans do not have to worry as her absence in the shot does not mean that she will not be part of “Pitch Perfect 3.”

In a report of E Online, Steinfeld confirmed that she will be returning to the hit musical franchise. The actress was not in the photo because she was not at the set during the first day of shooting.

The first and second “Pitch Perfect” films followed the a capella singing group dubbed as the Barden Bellas. In the first movie, the female group was forced to regroup. Among the new recruits was Beca, (Kendrick) an independent, aspiring DJ who was not so interested about college life.

The second “Pitch Perfect” film centred on the group as they joined a contest to regain their status. Fans can recall that they were humiliated when Fat Amy fell during their performance at the Kennedy Center.

Now that “Pitch Perfect 3” is already in the works, fans are looking forward to learn what the third film will centre on. The upcoming film will be under the direction of Trish Sie. The film will hit Australian theatres on Aug. 3.
