Paul Wesley: 'Vampire Diaries' Actor Enjoys Holiday Beach Vacation With Aussie Girlfriend Phoebe Tonkin In Mexico
"Vampire Diaries" star Paul Wesley enjoyed a holiday beach vacation with Aussie girlfriend Phoebe Tonkin in Mexico before "The Originals" actress returns to work. The 25-year-old Aussie actress shared to her followers on Instagram an adorable selfie image with her beau as they spend some quality time together during their last days of holiday vacation.
"Mexico Lolz @paulvedere," Tonkin posted as a caption to the shared image on her Instagram account phoebejtonkin on Sunday, Jan. 4. Click HERE to see photo. The couple enjoyed their holiday vacation on a Mexican beach and welcomed 2015 before returning to their busy filming schedules on the CW TV series.
Phoebe Tonkin also shared other images from her holiday vacation in Mexico to her one million Instagram followers. One image showed the actress' black sunglasses next to a cup of tea while the other image showed a breathtaking view of the beach. Click HERE and HERE to see photos.
According to a Mail Online report, Phoebe Tonkin was last spotted in Australia before heading to Mexico to enjoy the last days of her vacation and celebrate New Year with her beau before she starts filming for the new episodes of "The Originals" Season 2 in Atlanta and New Orleans. The actress is scheduled to return to "The Originals" set on Tuesday, Jan. 6, for a table read with her co-stars.
On Saturday, Jan. 3, actress Leah Pipes, who portrays Cami in the CW spin off series, shared on Instagram about "The Originals" cast member's return to work after the holiday break. "See you losers at Tuesday's table read," the 26-year-old actress posted as a caption to the image shared on her Instagram account leahmariepipes10.

Phoebe Tonkin will return as hybrid Hayley Marshall in "The Originals" Season 2 on Monday night, Jan. 19, at 8 p.m. ET on the CW Network while Paul Wesley will return to the small screen as vampire Stefan Salvatore in "The Vampire Diaries" Season 6 on Jan. 22. The CW TV series will air the episode that Paul Wesley directed which is episode 11 titled "Woke Up With a Monster" at 8 p.m. ET also on the CW Network.
