'Supernatural' Season 10 Spoilers: Claire Plots Revenge Against Dean in Episode 10 Titled 'The Hunter Games'
The released synopsis for "Supernatural" Season 10, episode 10 titled "The Hunter Games" tease what Sam (Jared Padalecki), Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Castiel (Misha Collins) will be doing when the CW TV series returns this January. The upcoming new episode will still focus on the Mark of Cain on Dean Winchester and its dark effects on the hunter.
In the mid-season finale episode titled "The Things We Left Behind," Sam, Castiel and Claire (Kathryn Love Newton) saw what Dean did to Claire's friend, Randy, the loan shark and his men inside Randy's home. Dean already asked Castiel to take him out once he goes down on a dark path again but the episode synopsis revealed that Castiel and Sam will double the efforts on finding a way to remove the troublesome Mark of Cain on Dean.
Castiel, who becomes desperate because the lore could not help them, comes up with an idea but Sam Winchester thinks that Castiel's suggestion is the worst that he has ever heard. The brand new episode will also put Castiel in a difficult situation as he tries to cure Dean and fix his relationship with Claire. The episode synopsis revealed that Claire wants to get back at Dean Winchester for killing her friend, Randy.
As for the Rowena-Crowley relationship, the synopsis teased that Rowena (Ruth Connell) will continue to plot against her son, Crowley (Mark Sheppard). Scottish actress Ruth Connell teased in a TV Line report that her character will interfere in the King of Hell's business in the upcoming episodes of "Supernatural" Season 10.
Meanwhile, more familiar faces are expected to return on the second half of the CW TV series' latest season. The promo video for "Supernatural" Season 10, episode 10 teased the return of some characters such as Metatron (Curtis Armstrong) and Charlie Bradbury (Felicia Day).
"I can say I'm returning. Charlie is back from Oz, but she's a little bit changed from the experience," actress Felicia Day stated in a Zap2It interview during the "Supernatural" 200th episode party held in Vancouver, Canada. "Supernatural" Season 10 is scheduled to return with the brand new episode 10 titled "The Hunter Games" on Jan. 20, 2015 at 9 p.m. ET on the CW Network.
