Amazon and Verizon currently offer the Nokia Lumia 928 Windows Phone handset on a discount deal. The online retailer reportedly offers the consumers with a new device while the U.S. carrier offers a refurbished Nokia Lumia 928 on a discounted price.

According to a Technology Tell report, Verizon has stopped selling the new Nokia Lumia 928 units but now offers a refurbished version at $240 price. The available colour options that the consumers can choose from are black and white.

Meanwhile, a GSMArena report revealed that Amazon also offers a comparable deal but the consumers can get their hands on a new device with a price set at $275. Both of the discount deal can be had for $0/$1 if the interested consumers are willing to sign a contract.

For the consumers who prefer AT&T, the report further noted down that there is a similar Nokia Lumia 925 smartphone offered at Amazon at $262 price. The device has a thinner design with the Denim update but lacks certain features and specs such as xenon flash and built-in wireless Qi charging of the Nokia Lumia 928.

The Nokia Lumia 928, which was announced in 2013, has a 4.5-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display with 1280 x 768 pixels resolution, Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection, PureMotion HD, ClearBlack display, a dual-core 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, Microsoft Windows Phone 8 OS that can be upgraded to v8.1, 1 GB of RAM and Adreno 225 GPU. Additional features and specs include 32 GB internal storage capacity and an 8 MP primary camera with Carl Zeiss optics, Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), autofocus and xenon flash.

There is also a 1.3 MP secondary camera, advanced Dolby audio enhancements, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, dual-band, DLNA, hotspot, NFC, Denim update, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB v2.0 and wireless charging feature that is Qi-enabled. The smartphone is powered with a 2000 mAh non-removable Li-Ion battery with stand-by up to 606 h on 2G while up to 541 h on 3G, talk time of up to 11 h on 2G while up to 16 h on 3G and music play of up to 80 h. The colour options for the Nokia Lumia 928 are black and white.
