Weeks after naked photos of Prince Harry in Las Vegas were revealed, the world was shocked when topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge surfaced on the pages of a French magazine. What is it about Royals that make them susceptible to these kinds of scandals?

Prince Harry was left red-faced when photos were released in a popular gossip show, showing his blue-blooded nakedness while partying in a Las Vegas hotel suite. The photos were allegedly taken by one of the Prince's party-loving friends, who saw the opportunity to make a quick buck when he snapped the camera pointed towards the prince bear-hugging a naked girl.

He has then been calm and humorous about the whole situation, even joking about the mishap in some publicity and events. Now that his dear sister-in-law is tangled in a "gruesome" display of paparazzi intrusion, what will Harry say about the whole situation?

Since Harry and the Duchess have always been close to each other, it will be no wonder if Prince William supports Kate in every single way. In fact, when Harry was just recovering from the Las Vegas humiliation, Kate showed her concern and support by asking her husband, William, to go easy on his already-stressed out younger brother.

Some are going the extra mile by comparing the naked photos of the Prince with the Duchess'. In truth, there is no similarity between the two sets of photos. Harry was getting drunk and playing risqué games with women she didn't know in Sin City, while Kate was privately enjoying an afternoon sun shower in a private Chateau when paparazzi illicitly took advantage of an unguarded Duchess. It doesn't take a genius to understand that Kate was clearly a victim of a horrible invasion of privacy.

As of today, all topless photos of the Duchess are not allowed to be printed or released in any publication, and all digital photos are ordered for handover as soon as possible. The French courts granted the Duke and Duchess this injunction mainly for the reason that they are not celebrities leading troubled lives and deserve the privacy during the time they were photographed.

Even the editors and publishers of the magazines that released the topless photos are trying to justify the act.

"We're in the celebrity press business and we know that these images are full of joy, not degrading and concern a princess who is pretty and is making the whole world dream." quips Laurence Pieau, Closer Magazine's editor.

What do you think Prince Harry will say about these photos? Will he defend his sister-in-law anytime soon?
