It looks like more than one photographer snapped photos of Kate Middleton showing her crown jewels, and one say it is entirely the Duchess fault for being careless.

A woman has admitted to taking photos of the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, while sunbathing in a chateau in Provence, and she is saying that the Royal should have been more precautious about baring her body on a balcony.

Valerie Suau revealed that the notorious photographer who snapped photos of the Duchess without her top on is not the only one who feasted on the sight of a nude Kate Middleton. Suau described the spot where people passing the road flocked to snap images of the royals while vacationing in the Provence chateau.

"There were other people around, including walkers and cyclists, as well as staff at the chateau." claims Suau in a report.

As if blaming the privacy and relaxation of the Duchess, Suau blatantly states that Middleton should have been aware that she can be seen by many in the position she let herself in.

"The Duchess was sure to have known this, and perhaps should have been a bit more careful about displaying her body in such a prominent position." added Suau in the same post.

Suau said that the balcony of the chateau is clearly visible to the eye, and is more viewable using high tech camera lenses, making it easier for paparazzi to snap photos of the topless Duchess. Although admitting to taking a few photos, Suau said all she took were "decent" shots, meaning the Duchess still had her bikini top on. Valerie added that she took photos at 1:30 in the afternoon, while the Duke was wearing swimming shorts and and reading his iPad.

Suau, who lives near the Provence chateau, added that there were "no signs" of French police anywhere near the private residence, allowing passers-by and photographer to take shots anytime they wanted.

French publication, Closer Magazine, was first to release the shocking photos. Not long after, an Italian magazine and an Irish tabloid followed suit, enraging the Royal family, its lawyers, and the entire St. James Palace.

Meanwhile, charges against the photographer who supplied naked photos of the Duchess to various publications should be on their way as St. James Palace already filed via the French Prosecution Department.

"We can confirm that a criminal complaint is to be made to the French Prosecution Department tomorrow. The complaint concerns the taking of photographs of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge whilst on holiday and the publication of those photographs in breach of their privacy." said a palace representative over the weekend.
