“Neighbours” posted a sneak peek of Monday’s episode on its Facebook page. In the clip, Toadie gets completely emotional as he tells Dee about their wedding day. “You were my wife,” Toadie says, amid tears. “And I was holding and kissing my wife.” Dee tries to make the situation lighter and replies, “Tell me it wasn’t just a little peck on the cheek. Tell me we really went for it.” Toadie tells her what she wanted to hear. “Yeah, we didn’t hold back,” he reveals.

Digital Spy reports that Toadie is stunned to find out that Dee’s secret plans on Valentine’s Day is going to Werribee Mansion, where they exchanged vows and said their “I do.” She confesses that she hopes to trigger more memories and being there might do the trick. The two appear to become closer with their trip down memory lane.

Steph, on the other hand, plays with fire as she invites over Victoria. Similar to their previous get-togethers, there’s an undeniable attraction between the two women and it seems Steph is getting closer to giving in to the temptation. Meanwhile, Elly is infuriated with Ned after his heated encounter with Mark at the bar. She forgives Ned after he asks her out for Valentine’s Day, but gets the shock of her life with his announcement.

“Neighbours” recap

Last week, the Cannings-Kennedy fight was taken to a whole new level after Gary hit Karl with a garden gnome, thinking he was an intruder. Despite it being an accident, Karl’s anger continued to simmer and ordered Ben to stay away from Xanthe. Meanwhile, Gary revealed to Sheila that the real intruder was a disgruntled ex-boss who wanted to take revenge against Gary. Determined to help out, Sheila decided to seduce the father of Gary’s ex-boss and convince him to talk to his son to back off Gary. It seemed like Sheila’s ruse worked, with Gary finding out the truth.

Following Aaron’s advice, Mark checked out Tyler’s first night as a bartender in a bar. Not long after, Elly arrived, offering to buy drinks for Mark. The two talked about their respective troubled love lives, but were interrupted when Ned arrived. Tension grew between the two men, almost ending up in a scuffle. Tyler intervened and kicked his brother out for starting trouble.

Elsewhere, Jack made a generous offer to David: he volunteered to christen Paige’s baby. When David shared this with Paige, she thought it might be a good way to somehow involve the real father of her child. She went to tell Jack that she’s accepting his offer, and when she was airing her concerns about the process, the baby suddenly kicked. It was a warm moment for Paige and Jack, who had no idea he’s the dad.
