Mlias may not be a known company for many but is yet another promising Chinese smartphone manufacturer that has a new budget smartphone called the Mlais M52 priced at $149. The Mlais M52 Red Note is expected to kill the sales of other well-known Chinese budget smartphones like the Xiaomi Redmi Note and the Meizu M1 Note.

The Mlais M52 Red Note that has a thickness of 8.2 mm and measures 152 x 78 mm. It is packed with a huge 5.5-inch display IPS display screen that supports an HD resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels.

The Mlais M52 is loaded with a MediaTek MKT65752 octa-core chipset that contains a 64-bit octa-core processor and a Mali-T760 graphics. The chipset is complemented by 2 GB of RAM. The native storage of the Mlais M52 is 2 GB and it supports up to 64 GB of microSD.

There is a 13 MP camera enabled with LED flash on the rear pane of the device. On the front, there is an 8 MP front-facing camera. It supports a wide-angle of 88 degrees for shooting marvelous selfies.

The low-budget Mlais M52 Red Note offers 4G LTE connectivity and it supports dual-SIM cards. It also includes host of other connectivity features such as Wi-Fi and 4.0 Bluetooth. Lastly, the device is loaded with an enormous inbuilt battery of 3,200 mAh. The handset is available colour options like white, blue and black and orange.

On the Mlais Facebook page, it is mentioned that that the Mlais M52 is priced at $160 when its competitors like Meizu M1 Note and Xiaomi Redmi Note are priced at $240and $186, respectively. It is available for purchase through a slew of online retailers for buyers from the U.S. and European countries. Giz China states that is available with an irresistible pre-sale price of $149.

On the Mlais Facebook page, there is a new post dated March 28 that states that the Chinese smartphone maker is working on a newer device that will be unleashed soon.
