In a matter of few days, the winner of Miss Universe 2013 pageant will be crowned. As the D-Day approaches, people are skeptical about everything: from the choice of their National costume to evening gowns. Ever since the Miss Universe Website displayed pictures of the 86 of the world's most beautiful women in their evening gowns, social media is going crazy over whose gown is the worst and whose the best is.

Miss British Virgin Islands - Sharie de Castro wears a wonderful glittery white evening gown which accentuates her slim figure. The white sparkly gown is backless and will surely make Castro stand out in the crowd on the final day.

Miss France - Hinarani Longeux will wear a light peaches and pink gown which has a gathered skirt at the bottom and a sparkly bodice with quarter sleeves. It is simple yet graceful and is enough to make a statement on the final day.

Miss Curacao Eline de Pool has chosen white to be her lucky colour for the final day of the pageant. It is a semi-fish cut gown with a small skirt that trails behind. The glittery work covers the full front and makes it stylish yet jazzy.

Miss Japan Yukimi Matsuo stands out in a maroon-black creation with a front slit gown while Miss Peru Cindy Meja looks stunning in a turquoise blue off shoulder creation, which is very unique colour to choose for the final day.

Miss Russia Elmira Abdrazakova has chosen an all black skin fitting gown with a silver belt that accentuates her slim waist, Miss Vietnam Truong Thi May stands out in a bright pink sparkly full length gown with a deep cleavage, Miss Tanzania Betty Omara looks stunning in an off white simple yet stylish gown while Miss Switzerland Dominique Rinerknecht chooses a yellow stylish evening gown to represent her at the pageant.

Other evening gowns that are worth watching out are those worn by Miss Columbia, Miss South Africa, Botswana and Poland.

So which beauty disappointed in terms of the evening gowns? You will be surprised to see the evening gown of Miss Philippines Ariella Arida which is reportedly designed by Madam Stella Araneta who has the final say. It is a bright blue gown which is a little simple as compared to the gowns worn by other beauties in comparison.

"Seriously????there's only 3 or 4 gowns that really standsout for me...but i was so disappointed with miss philippines gown...it seems like, ughh!!!!!there should be better that fits her perfectly and can define her as beauty extraodinaire...pls change it!!!!i still love miss philippines though," writes one fan Abel Madriaga Sinogbuhan on Missosology Facebook page.

Other gowns that did not get good reviews includes the gowns worn by Miss Paraguay, Miss Norway, Miss Haiti and even Miss Namibia.

The beauties will come together to showcase their talent and culture on Nov 9, 2013 at the Crocus City hall in Moscow and will be judged on the basis of three rounds: swimsuit round, evening gown round and the final interview. And at the end of the evening the reigning Miss Universe, Olivia Culpo will crown the winner.
