Miranda Kerr has talked about her new boyfriend, Snapchat founder Evan Spiegel, in her latest interview. The Australian model has taken her relationship with Spiegel to the next level by introducing him to her five-year-old son Fyln.

However, Kerr, 32, told The Edit that she introduced Spiegel to her son after six months of dating. "[Orlando and I decided] we had to know the person for six months and feel good about them [before introducing them to Flynn],” she told the magazine.

“Evan met Flynn, so yeah, things are going well. Orlando thinks he's great. We're just a modern family now!" she added.

The former Victoria's Secret angel talked about how she found it hard to arrive at a decision to divorce then-husband, actor Orlando Bloom. “Flynn was two, so it was really hard to make the decision, but our son is our priority so you have to come from love,” she said. “You have to be kind.”

The Aussie beauty is happy to find love in her life once more. “You can’t close yourself off from love. I try to keep my heart open and not feel afraid."

She also called her 25-year-old boyfriend “sweet, really kind and smart,” revealing that they first went on a date to Kundalini yoga at Golden Bridge in Santa Monica.

Just like Kerr, Spiegel is a homebody. “He’s 25, but he acts like he’s 50,” Kerr told the magazine, adding that he does not like to party and comes straight at home after finishing work in the office. The couple does not go out and would “rather be at home and have dinner, go to bed early.”

However, the Aussie model revealed that Spiegel does act his age in “some ways,” but she is happy to have “the best of both worlds.”
