Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is heavily rumored to release in October to replace the older Surface Pro 3 tablet. Speculations now indicate that the Surface Pro 4 will be made available in two display size variants.

According to Digitimes that cites unnamed sources claims that the Redmond tech giant have place orders for two screens of separate sizes for the upcoming Surface Pro 4 tablet. One of the Surface Pro 4 tablet will be coming with a 12-inch display whereas the other one will either house a 13-inch or 14-inch display.

Phone Arena reports it is unclear whether the purported screen sizes is meant for the heavily anticipated Surface Pro 4 tablet. The report from DigiTimes does not reveal details on the specs of both models. However, it claims that the both Surface Pro 4 models will be coming with high-end specs.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is speculated to arrive in three CPU flavors of Skylake chipset such as Core i3, i5 and i7 and it will be available with different configurations of RAM and hard drive storage. It will also be featuring Intel Gen9 integrated graphics, Tech Radar reported. The Surface Pro 4 will arrive with Windows 10 preinstalled and an improved stylus.

Microsoft had confirmed that the accessories of the Surface Pro 3 will be supported by the next generation Surface Pro tablet. Hence, Win Beta speculates that one of the models of the Surface Pro 4 will support Surface Pro 3’s accessories.

Rumors suggest that the Windows 10 Mobile powered flagships, the Microsoft Lumia 950 and the Lumia 950 XL will be officially announced through a press meet on Oct. 19 in New York. Even though Microsoft has not released any official information on the Surface Pro 3 successor, the rumor mill is buzzing that the Surface Pro 4 release date is also set for Oct. 19.
