The Microsoft Surface Phone and Surface Pro 5 may be revealed sooner than expected. Recent reports suggest that two highly-anticipated devices could be revealed in October alongside the Microsoft Surface all-in-one (AIO) desktop. Although Microsoft hasn’t revealed any information on the devices, industry experts believe that the reveal is imminent.

The Microsoft Surface Phone is expected to be the secret weapon of the company as it will be unleashed with some most-powerful specs and amazing features. It is rumoured that the Surfae Phone will be integrated with either a Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 chipset or the latest Intel processor, writes iTech Post.

The Microsoft Surface Phone may be released in three memory variants and configurations. It will have the latest CPU and a very powerful RAM. The 64GB storage variant will come decked with a 4GB RAM, the 128GB one with 6GB RAM and 512GB premium one with an 8GB RAM. It will run on Windows 10 operating system and will also have a biometric scanner.

The Microsoft Surface Phone may also have the Surface Pen and this is one of the most-anticipated features of the device. A Surface Ergonomic Keyboard is also being developed by Microsoft and it may be made compatible with the Surface Phone.

This feature would be highly appreciated by the business-oriented as a high-powered phone that can take notes would be a sure win. One of the Microsoft Surface Phone variants should have a large screen for the Microsoft keyboard to make sense, reports Vine Report.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is expected to have the USB Type-C port for rapid charging and faster data transfer. It may also sport an Ultra HD 4K display, 16GB RAM and 16MPrear/8MP front cameras. However, the Windows 10 Redstone 2 update is not expected till spring 2017 and this may push back the Surface Pro 5 release date to 2017.
