It’s been five years since Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan were in one page but recent reports are saying that the party pals have kissed and made up to give their friendship another try.

Citing a report by TMZ, Cover Media said that it was Paris who made the first move for the former pals to get together again. The hotel heiress threw a beach part at her Malibu home over the weekend and invited Lindsay to which the “Mean Girls” gladly obliged.

E!Online noted that other guests at the soiree were surprised to see Lilo walked into the party.

"Everyone at the party was in shock when they saw her walk in. But all that tension was cut loose when the girls gave each other a big hug," E!Online quoted an unnamed source as telling TMZ.

"Paris has known Lindsay since she was 15 years old," a source close to the reality star says. "The girls have had their falling-outs in the past, but they've put that all behind them. They feel that life is short and they're adults and have been friends way too long to let go," the source added, according to E!Online.

Paris, noted Cover Media was visibly “very excited” and could not be happier to have rekindled her friendship with Lindsay and the “The World According to Paris” star was heard saying “she loved seeing her [Lindsay] again”.

The former frenemies were seen having a good time at the weekend beach party “as they laughed and danced together”.

The friendship of the two Hollywood socialites has wavered in 2006 when Hilton made fun of Lindsay’s red tresses. But following the beach party, it looks like they are hitting it off once again. Just like old times.
