What would happen to Scot Mohammed Abad in the next few days would be like the medical version of the 1982 coming-of-age film “The Last American Virgin.” The fact that Abad would lose his virginity to a sex trade worker at age 43 is only part of what makes his story unique.
No, Abad is not a nerd nor a recluse who comes out of his shell after more than 40 years. He is having sex for the first time in his life because the man from Edinburg was dragged by a car for 600 yards when he was six, which ripped his penis. In 2014, after several surgeries, he had a final operation in July at the University College London where he was first fitted two years earlier with a bionic penis.
And it is no ordinary genital but could be the envy of other males because besides measuring eight inches in length, Abad has absolute control when to make the genital erect or flaccid. That’s because his new manhood has two tubes which inflates when he presses a button on his testicle and deflates as well, reports News.com.au.
The penis, grown from a skin graft taken from his arm, was fitted to him during Abad’s first surgery in 2012. After a few months, it became fully functional, including for discharge of his urine. In September, one of the last steps to prepare him for sexual intercourse, doctors required Abad to keep his organ in an aroused state for two weeks for the body part to full heal.
Abad’s initial plan to father a child when he becomes capable of sex was dashed when his marriage collapsed after just a few years and before he had a chance to be intimate with his wife.
But 35-year-old Charlotte Rose, a dominatrix and sexual freedom campaigner, has volunteered to be Abad’s first sex experience. She would not be charging him her usual fee of £200 (AUD$410). Their bed encounter would take place in a few days in London after a dinner date, reports Dailyrecord.
She learned about his traumatic experience from newspapers and the TV show “Embarrassing Bodies” and offered her services gratis. Charlotte is no ordinary sex trade worker but stands out in her profession. She has the British Erotic Award for Sex Worker of the Year, given in 2013, as proof of her expertise in bedroom calisthenics.
With a pro for a partner, Abad minces no words in looking forward to what many of his peers lost about 30 years ago. “I have waited long enough for this – it’ll be a great start to the new year.”
“I’m really excited. I can’t wait for it to finally happen,” says the last 43-year-old Scot virgin.
