The bridesmaid got a first-hand experience from her bestie. Mother Monster, Lady Gaga was the bridesmaid at her best friend’s wedding in New Orleans on March 20. The pop diva who got engaged to “Chicago Fire” actor Taylor Kinney on Valentine’s Day has not revealed any date for the couple’s marriage. While Tony Bennett recently announced that he will be singing at the pop star's wedding, he hasn't divulged any details about the event.

The “Bad Romance” hitmaker was in New Orleans since the past week for the various wedding functions that culminated with the wedding. The 27-year-old songstress was dressed in a simple floor length purple dress. It was a strapless dress with a matching scarf tied like a bow around her neck. Her make-up was kept understated while her silver blonde locks were let loose, centre parted and flowed down her shoulders, according to E Online.

Gaga posted several photographs of the event leading up to the wedding on her Instagram. On March 19, she was pictured with her friends wearing a black dress. While later in the day, she cut a classic picture in a grey dress, complete with a pearl necklace, a hat and glares with her blonde hair in a side part. She girls had a brunch date.

Meanwhile, on March 18, she posted a picture wearing pink high heels with her feet up on the dashboard of a car. Also seen were a black clutch bag with cream coloured border and her hand with the 25 carat solitaire holding it. She wrote: “Watching your best friend get married, these are the specialist times in my life. Seeing happiness in the lives of all my friends.” [Check The Pictures Here]

Gaga has been dating the 33-year-old Kinney since the past four years. The pair was spotted together at a charity event in Park City, Utah. On the red carpet for the VIP dinner, the couple showed their PDA moments with Kinney planting a kiss on his lady love’s cheeks. Mother Monster will resume her “Cheek to Cheek” Tour with Tony Bennett on April 23 at the ACL Live at Moody Theatre in Austin. She received a standing ovation after her performance at the 87th Academy Awards last month. Lady Gaga will also star in the new season of the “American Horror Story” that will premier in October this year.
