Reality TV star Kim Kardashian West does not spend all her time getting glammed up and rubbing elbows with the rich and famous. On Saturday, she took some time to take her nephew Mason Disick to do a good deed for the Make A Wish Foundation. The pair spent some time with a young girl who had a severe illness.

“Mason & I spent the day with this beautiful soul, Anissa! Thank you Make-A-Wish for this special day!” said Kim as she posted a photo on her Instagram. In the photo, she is seen posing beside the bed of the young girl, who is smiling brightly at the camera. Her head is shaved, but she appears clearly pleased to be beside the TV star.

Kardashian stepped out in a figure hugging white maxi dress that showed off her cleavage and her growing baby bump. She covered up her shoulders with a peach trench coat. Her pregnancy style has also evolved into more flat sandals instead of high heels.

E Online reports that Kardashian and her 5-year-old nephew were spotted shopping at Toys ‘R’ Us earlier that day. She was seen pushing a cart full of mermaid toys and other goodies. It is unclear who will receive the toys but the Kardashian family and their kids have developed a liking for mermaids since their tropical vacation last week.

Kim’s daughter North West, 2 and her cousin Penelope Disick, 3, were seen enjoying some time by the pool with a mermaid performer at St. Barts Island in the Caribbean. Penelope and Mason are kids of Kim’s older sister Kourtney Kardashian. She has another son, 8-month-old Reign. The sisters and ther kids were joined by their mom and the rest of their Kardashian-Jenner sisters on the tropical vacation.

Scenes from the vacation were filmed for “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” The second half of season 10 is scheduled to air in November on E.
