According to Kelly Osbourne, Amy Winehouse is the first person she has ever loved and lost, and the rock heiress is dealing with the tragedy hard.

Sharon Osbourne, mother of Amy Winehouse's close friend Kelly, talked to People.com and said her daughter is dealing with the death of the singer painfully. Sharon says the troubled singer was a close friend of Kelly's, and that she's the first person Kelly lost in her circle of friends. A day after the death of the singer, Kelly Osbourne tweeted "i cant even breath right my now im crying so hard i just lost 1 of my best friends. i love you forever Amy & will never forget the real you!".

Last week, Kelly flamed acquaintances of the late singer who appeared in TV shows and tabloids to expose stories about Amy's life. "Any 'friend' of Amy's talking 2 the press/tv are not her actual friends. Her real friends have more dignity then to get $2 to talk about her," tweeted Kelly.

Sharon told People "There's nothing I can do to take Kelly's pain away". "This was the first person she's loved who she's lost, She's gone through all these different emotions" continues Sharon in an interview at NBC Universal Press Tour last Monday. "The only thing that will help her is time", adds Osbourne in the same People.com report. "It's all a part of life, isn't it?" Kelly's mother reacted. "We thank god we're here and we're healthy and we do what we do. But some people aren't as fortunate as us. It's all a part of it. Life and death are as much a part of living, unfortunately" finishes Sharon in the same People.com interview.
