Meghan Markle's half-sister Samatha Grant is planning to start her own reality TV show, which will apparently be titled “Keeping up with the Markles.” Grant, 52, has been in the news since she announced that she is writing a book titled “The Diary of Princess Pushy's Sister.”

According to The Sun, the estranged half-sister is planning to expose her family issues. So why does she plan a reality show? Grant said that her intentions to write a book have been misinterpreted by the media. “I’m ready for it and rolling up my darn sleeves. I want a show down! All these lowlifes are trying to get their fame on Meghan and all I was doing is writing a book about that honours her. My family are all pitting against each other – there’s too much family drama,” she said.

Grant, who claims herself to be a “writer” and a rehab counseller on her Twitter bio, also clarified that she is not interested in fame. According to her, she only wants the truth to come out. She tweeted that because of her announcement about a book and a reality show, her security has come under threat. She now has to hire someone to protect her. In a series of pictures on Twitter, Grant claimed that the Markle family is having a reunion soon.

Meanwhile, neither Grant nor any website confirmed what channel or producer signed up Grant for her family reality show “Keeping up with the Markles.” It is also not sure when her book “The Diary of Princess Pushy's sister” will get released. Readers should note that there is an age gap of 17 years between Markle and Grant. The two have apparently never seen each other since 2008. Before that, Grant and Markle shared a common dad, Thomas Markle, but they never lived together. Markle shuttled her life between her mother and father after the two got divorced when she was 2 years old.

Grant's brother Tom was recently arrested for pointing a gun at his girlfriend Darlene Blount’s head. Like Grant, he also took the name of Markle and asked Prince Harry to invite him to his wedding. “Marriage and kids is on the cards for Meghan and Harry and I still want to go to the wedding if they’ll let me,” he told The Sun.
