After showing off her superb figure at her first event since giving birth to Prince George, everyone is inquisitive to know exactly how she got back to her enviable figure in such a short span of time.

Although Kate Middleton looked amazingly slim At Ring O'Fire Ultra Marathon 2013, Kate admitted she was working on getting her slender figure back.

"She seemed genuinely interested in doing some walking. Especially after the baby, she wants to get back into shape, ""I said, 'You don't need to worry about that!' She looked great." According to Park Warden Will Stewart as reported by Entertainment Wise.

How Kate Middleton lost the 29 pounds she gained while pregnant is revealed as Kate's rowing partner Emma Sayle said, "Kate stayed super-fit by running and hitting the gym. That helps in bouncing back."

"Kate loves exercise and did lots of swimming and Pilates while pregnant. It's really helped her lose weight." "Kate is keen to get back to her old self, but she's doing everything in moderation," According to the new issue of "Life & Style magazine".

And while Kate waited for the doctor's permission to start arduous work out after six weeks, the Hate has been doing yoga and taking long walks with baby George.

Vanity Fair has unveiled an excerpt from royal expert Kate Nicholl's biography on the new mother, which details the Duchess of Cambridge's life at her family's home in Bucklebury. The book explains that Kate's mother, Carole Middleton, helped the new parents adjust to their new role.

Vanity Fair contributor Katie Nicholl in an exclusive edition from her Kate Middleton biography, writes that Prince William and Kate Middleton have made decisions to make sure Prince George get the best of both incredibly dissimilar worlds.

Kate's close friend told Vanity Fair that the royal couple's birth plan went "exactly as planned."

"She spoke to some of her best girlfriends after the birth and described the birth as perfect," "She said it was straightforward and there were no complications. She wanted a natural birth and she was so happy she was able to have one." according to the Daily Mail.

Middleton family's close friend for 31 years, George Brown, told Katie Nicholl that before the marriage, William promised to Carole and Michael Middleton that they could always be close to their daughter after marriage.

Brown tells Nicholl, "It was a condition when they got married that they [Carole and Michael] would be a part of the grandchildren's lives. Carole's a natural with children, and she will be a wonderful grandmother, and I imagine she'll want to be very involved."

After the birth of Prince George, Kate shifted to her parents' house in Bucklebury. A family member tells Nicholl that "I'm not sure the Queen was entirely in favour of the idea of them all moving to Bucklebury; it was certainly not the norm, but it was what Kate wanted, and William supported her and made it happen."

Nicholl gave inside details of the Middleton's' Bucklebury home' ambience:

The Middletons' Bucklebury home: in order to have complete privacy as well as round-the-clock help from Carole and Michael, the new parents of had their own division, (double suite bedroom and private living room, one bedroom that had been changed into a nursery).

Nicholl reports that George slept in the same room as the parents, during the early weeks in a Moses basket by Kate's side of the bed. Carole gave Kate smoothies and cooked Healthy Meals for Kate while she loved having Muesli Bars for snack breaks.

A friend who saw Prince William just two weeks after George's birth tells Nicholl:

"He is absolutely loving it and he's a natural father. He is very relaxed and happy at home with Carole and Michael, whom he gets along with well."

Another friend tells Nicholl that the couple opted not to hire a maternity nurse: "William said he didn't want a nanny or nurse coming in and doing shifts. They were agreed on that. They wanted to do the early days themselves."

And Nicholl confirms that, as speculated, the royal new parents didn't want hired help to raise Prince George.

Jessica Simpson gushes about Kate's apparent natural pregnancy and slim post-baby figure. Simpson told Us Weekly in their latest issue that she envied the duchess's poise all the way through the pregnancy.

"Kate Middleton was glowing throughout her pregnancy," "A lot of pregnant moms were looking at her like, 'How do you do that?!'"
