Kate Middleton returned to the limelight after the birth of Prince George when she accompanied Prince William to the inauguration of the 135 mile Ring O'Fire Ultra Marathon 2013 on 30 August in Angelsey. They left Prince George at home with Grandmother Carole Middleton.

Although Kate Middleton looked gorgeous and slim in a fitted Ralph Lauren green blazer and a pair of Paige black slim fit denims for the appearance, Kate has reportedly revealed that she's looking forward to losing her baby weight after the birth of Prince George.

According to Park Warden Will Stewart, "She seemed genuinely interested in doing some walking. Especially after the baby, she wants to get back into shape, "

"I said, 'You don't need to worry about that!' She looked great," reports Entertainment Wise.

The crowd in Wales assured her that she's already looking great.

Kate Middleton and Prince William received a warm welcome by around 200 spectators there and talked about their son, Kate told that George was happily at home with his grandmother according to one onlooker.

"He is very well. He's sleeping at the moment," said Kate to The Mirror.

Kate has "hardly done anything to lose the weight . . . she looks incredible."

A few weeks after George was born, you could hardly tell she had just given birth. "Kate's still breastfeeding and the small eight she gained while pregnant has just melted off. She's not dieting," a Middleton family source told Us Weekly.

Kate is working on getting her pre-baby body back, here are some tips on postpartum weight loss:

Be patient and love yourself

Getting pre-pregnancy body back should take some time as it takes nine months to nurture growing baby. Practice patience while slimming down with the passage of time.

Prioritize proper rest
The old saying, "Sleep when the baby sleeps" is still great advice to new mothers.

Diet right
As new mother, the body needs more nutrition especially lactating mother, so instantly reducing caloric intake after delivery to an irrational level may actually cause gain weight and not healthy for both mother and baby. Instead, keep healthy, nutrient-rich snacks handy and eat when feel hungry.

Drink up
Drink at least eight glasses of water in a day.

Use a tummy wrap
A newer version of abdomen wrap, The Cinch, can boost the recovery of body and offer support for abdominal muscles. So use of a tummy wrap after the delivery could be great help in reducing weight.

Work it out
As new mother spend most of the time with newborn so if don't have the time or energy to start a complete workout schedule, can start with 15- to 25-minute walk daily.

We hope all the new mothers will find our tips beneficial.
