As The Duchess of Cambridge, it is part of Kate Middleton's duty to look good. From the Queen's Diamond Jubilee to the Order of the Whistle, Kate certainly knows how to impress in dresses.

Although she could have a closet full of designer brands at her disposal, the Duchess of Cambridge has remained to keep it modest with her articles of clothing. Kate is famous for repeating several of her high end dresses and hats, but this does not affect her classy style.

During the Diamond Jubilee which was celebrated by the entire nation, Kate Middleton paraded in impressive dresses made by one of her favorite houses, Alexander McQueen. She has relied on Jane Taylor, Slyvia Fletcher and Whiteley to make her statement head pieces.

Kate also seems to have a growing fondness for designer Emilia Wickstead. The Duchess has worn two of her creations for two Royal events. Another designer which Kate always counts on is Jenny Packham, who has also reportedly won Angelina Jolie's taste.

But however she decides to splurge on her wardrobe, Kate Middleton will not be burdened by the costs. Prince Charles chose to cover all of the expenses of The Duchess' wardrobe as long as it is work related.

Even though, she doesn't parade new and high priced dresses and gowns all the time, Kate has won favors from the fashion critics from her keen sense of style and practicality.
