“Fallen Snow,” the new banner of “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part-2,” paints a picture of.destruction as well as victory, as Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) is seen standing atop the toppled statue of President Snow. She can be seen sporting red armor and holding her bow and arrow.

The rest of the rebels, dressed in black, are seen standing in front of the toppled statue, amidst the ruins of Panem. The banner was first released on the official Facebook page, with the caption, “When Snow falls, the Mockingjay will rise. Check out the all-new banner for The Hunger Games: #MockingjayPart2! #WeArePanem.”

The first part of “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay” saw a brainwashed Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) attacking Everdeen and putting her life in danger, and President Alma Coin (Julianne Moore) deciding to have a strong military hold over the Capitol.

A revolution, led by Everdeen, is expected to upend the despotic rule of President Snow in “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part-2,” and the banner is most likely revealing the victory party, which may consist of Meelark, Gale Hawthrone (Liam Hemsworth) and Finnick Odair (Sam Claflin).

Meanwhile, speaking about the new film, director Francis Lawrence told MTV, “Katniss is still messed up from the attack, and Peeta is definitely still messed up. But because of all of this, Katniss is now fired up in a new way.”

And unlike the first movie of the series, “Everdeen will take charge and will not get manipulated. The film also reportedly has a very different landscape from previous films,” he added. It will also reportedly feature scenes consisting of sewers and oil, and according to Francis, the sequence featuring oil has been shot in Paris.

Francis has directed “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part-1” from the screenplay by Danny Strong and Peter Craig. It is based on Suzzane Collins’s YA series of the same name.

The film has been largely shot in Atlanta, and some parts have been filmed in Paris and Germany. The film also stars Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Julianne Moore, Jena Malone, Willow Shields, Natalie Dormer, Robert Knepper, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Donald Sutherland.

It opens Nov.20, 2015 in 2D and IMAX.
