It took an entire season before ABC's legal drama series "How To Get Away With Murder" ("HTGAWM") revealed the killer of character Lila Stangard, played by Megan West. The approach will change in "How To Get Away With Murder" Season 2 because the show will reveal the identity of Rebecca Sutter's killer real soon. "HTGAWM" Season 2 will premiere on Thursday night, Sept. 24, at 10/9c on ABC.

Spoiler Alert: This feature contains major "How To Get Away With Murder" spoilers.

According to an exclusive Entertainment Weekly (EW) report, the "HTGAWM" fans will find out who killed Rebecca Sutter, played by Katie Findlay, in the premiere episode of the second season. The ending scene in "HTGAWM" Season 1 showed Annalise Keating, played by Viola Davis, and Frank Delfino, played by Charlie Weber, discovering Rebecca's dead body under the basement stairs of Annalise's home and office.

Annalise and Frank vowed they have nothing to do with Rebecca's death. The killer could now be Rebecca's boyfriend Wes, played by Alfred Enoch, Annalise's associate attorney Bonnie, played by Liza Weil or the other "Keating Five" members – Connor, played by Jack Falahee, Michaela, played by Aja Naomi King, Asher, played by Matt McGorry, and Laurel, played by Karla Souza.

Aside from revealing Rebecca's killer, "HTGAWM" Season 2 is expected to answer another burning question involving Rebecca. In the previous season, Rebecca sent the text message "Eggs 911 lawyer's house" to a mysterious recipient and the viewers want to find out who received Rebecca's message.

Meanwhile, a new face will be added to the cast of the legal drama series. Deadline reports former "The Vampire Diaries" star Kendrick Sampson has been cast as a recurring character in the upcoming second season. Details on the new "HTGAWM" character are still unknown but the Deadline report confirmed that Sampson will appear in the premiere episode of the show's second season. Aside from "The Vampire Diaries," Sampson also appeared in "Gracepoint," "Days of Our Lives," "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" and "Greek." He will be seen next in "Le Rougarou" and "Kingmakers."
