The world renowned wizardly film franchise, "Harry Potter", may have ended last July of 2011 but the magic still continues in each member of the cast. Emma Watson, Daniel Radcliffe and Tom Felton aren't just the only members of the cast making their own post-Hogwarts films. Four other "Potter" casts are "Brave"-ly continuing their rise to the ranks.

Pixar animation studio has finally released their first ever leading lady in the animated film, "Brave". The striking curly red hair isn't the only thing that resembles it to a certain red-haired Weasley from the "Harry Potter" films but the voice has a Potter-related feel to it too.

Kelly Macdonald, whom Potter addicted peeps may recognize as Helena Ravenclaw or the Grey Lady in the final installment to "Harry Potter", lends her voice to the feisty Princess Merida in the film "Brave". Despite her short stint in the film "Harry Potter", Kelly has had other notable Hollywood roles namely in the films, "Boardwalk Empire", "No Country for Old Men" and "Trainspotting."

"I kind of didn't realise until quite recently that I was the first female [lead] - like way after I'd started my voice recordings and everything," shared the 35-year old actress about her thoughts on playing the lead character in the film, "Brave". "I'm delighted but it's kind of scary."

Joining Macdonald in the film, "Brave" would be her "Harry Potter" co-stars Emma Thompson, Robbie Coltrane and Julie Walters. To refresh a bit of memories, Emma Thompson starred as the famous Divination teacher, Professor Sybil Trelawney. Robbie Coltrane on the other hand played the famous Rubeus Hagrid, half-giant and professor of Care of Magical Creatures at Hogwarts. Lastly, Julie Walters played the gentle yet strict Molly Weasley.

If Kelly nabbed the lead voice role as Princess Merida, Emma Thompson is set to voice another major character, Queen Elinor. Robbie Coltrane will give voice to Lord Dingwall while Julie Walters lends her voice to the Wise Woman.

It's not surprising to see four "Harry Potter" stars in one movie given that the animated film is set in Scotland. The eight-film series is said to pull in a few more UK actors though it would be hardly possible that the three main leads in the Potter films lend their voices to "Brave" as well. Who knows, maybe they would. Here's to keeping fingers crossed and hoping that other "Harry Potter" stars make it to "Brave".
