'General Hospital' spoilers for March 27 – 31: A troubled marriage, intense conflicts and an act of self-destruction fill Port Charles

Drama continues to hound Port Charles as the upcoming episodes of “General Hospital” (“GH”) centre on a series of shocking events. On Monday, Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright) make a huge decision about their relationship and spoilers suggest that things are about to go downhill between the two.

Speaking of tense-filled connections, Jason (Billy Miller) becomes concerned about the well-being of his child when he learns that Franco (Roger Howarth) is going to move in with Liz (Rebecca Herbst). A custody battle might be underway to determine what’s best for Jake (Hudson West). This makes Liz think twice about opening up her doors to Franco.

ABC posted a sneak peek of the March 27 episode. In the trailer, Sonny informs Laura that Nelle is working for Valentin Cassadine. Carly, on the other hand, tells Sam that she thinks her marriage is over. Elsewhere, Scott talks to Lucy and says “You don’t like the prospect? Perhaps you should reconsider.” Meanwhile, Alexis sees Ava at her home and wonders, “What have we here?” Jason is seen on the last scene as he tells Liz that if Franco’s spending so much time there, maybe Jake shouldn’t.

TV Guide reports that on Tuesday’s episode, Sonny gives Carly an ultimatum about their marriage. Alexis, on the other hand, is shocked to see an unexpected visitor. Meanwhile, Ava suffers the consequences of her actions. Wednesday’s installment features Ned, who begins to doubt Olivia’s feelings. Elsewhere, Anna is taken aback with Valentin’s accusations, while Ava forges an agreement with Lucy.

On Thursday, Liz opens up to Kiki, while Jason makes a move to ensure the safety of his family. Meanwhile, Franco turns to someone unexpected to ask for a piece of advice. “G&H” wraps the week with an episode focusing on Sam, who decides to snoop around on her own. Meanwhile, Nelle receives a stern warning and Valentin makes an attempt to solve a puzzle.
