One of the best Android tablets released recently got to be the Google Nexus 9. Not too long ago, the AnTuTu benchmark testing results showed a whopping score of 45,923 for the HTC-made Nexus 9. Nonetheless, the device is not without its problems. Many customer complaints pointed out that the build quality of the power/lock buttons and volume rocker on the handset are frail.

Phone Arena, on the other hand, noticed that the Nexus 9 showed the signs of dimpling on the rear panel of the tablet. With many different complaints piling up, the aforementioned problems have got the attention of the device maker HTC. Meanwhile, a Google customer has uploaded an image on Reddit comparing the power/lock and volume buttons on the first batch of the purchased Nexus 9 and a replacement device he had received from HTC/Google. Reportedly, the buttons on the new Nexus 9 are stronger and easier to press. Plus, there is no dimpling on the rear shell either.

Apart from the build quality, the user also reportedly noticed that the screen quality has improved on the replacement device. In case, potential buyers were waiting to buy the Nexus 9, fresh supplies of the tablets have arrived, without the aforementioned problems, notes Phone Arena.
