Just when the Black Friday 2014 sales furore settled down, killer Cyber Monday 2014 deals have grabbed headlines. The retail giant Walmart has advertised a one-of-a-kind sales event for Cyber Monday called "Cyber Monday Evening Edition deals." Apparently, potential buyers can save up to 90 percent by utilising this special Cyber Monday deal.

A survey conducted on customers' buying pattern apparently helped the retail giant to come up with Walmart's Evening Edition sale. Based on the survey results, almost one in five customers postpone their Cyber Monday shopping plan to the evening. This is predominantly because more than 40 percent of customers will have to make shopping plans without disturbing their work schedules, according to BGR.

Furthermore, one in three Millennials will reportedly commence their Cyber Monday shopping in the evening depending on the work schedule or social obligation. In general, 34 percent of women shoppers reportedly shopped after 5:00 p.m. on Cyber Monday, as opposed to 26 percent of men shoppers in the same time frame.

On the other hand, Walmart acknowledged it has outdone its own online records on Thanksgiving Day sales. Apparently, the retail giant clocked 500 million+ page views and recorded one of the highest online sale days ever. More than 70 percent of Walmart.com traffic on Thanksgiving Day came from buyers on mobile devices.

Notably, Walmart's online Cyber Monday sale begins on the morning of Dec. 1 at Walmart.com, while the evening deals start at "early evening," as reported in the press release. It is worth mentioning that the ordered items will be shipped free of cost. Here is a list of selected Evening Edition deals from Walmart:
