Sony's exclusive driving game for the PS4 and PS3, "Driveclub," has been delayed for a long time. It appears that Evolution Studios still does not have any definitive dates on when it will be released.

Quoted by PlayStation Lifestyle, the developer has only vaguely responded when asked whether or not a 2014 release date is still possible for the title. Considering that Sony has teased even the January PS Plus Lineup with no mention of "Driveclub," it may even be possible that January will come and go without the promised PS Plus Edition being part of the free games release.

"No ETA yet, still on hold while [server] work progresses. We will share an update when there's a release date," said a statement from the developer as quoted by PlayStation Lifestyle.

It seems that the biggest problem of the title is its server issues, though in a recent statement with PS4Daily, SCE president and CEO Shawn LAyden has also cited another reason for the delay. This reason is supposedly the impossibility of testing a game like "Driveclub."

"In a connected world, you can't effectively test in your house or in your beta group what it means to have 50,000, 100,000, 200,000 users hit your service. And the guys are struggling with that," said Layden to PS4Daily.

Given how beta testing is currently being done by a number of games such as "Destiny," "Titanfall" and even the upcoming "Halo 5: Guardians," the report claims that the excuse seems to be overlooking this very fact. Still, what fans can do is wait for the title to be released. Perhaps the next update that Evolution Studios will announce is the release date for "Driveclub."

For the Xbox exclusive driving game "Forza Horizon 2," the new NAPA Chassis Pack is already out, giving fans another DLC that will bring in five new vehicles to players' collection. This collection goes back in the day, hailing in quite the retro design that will give one's collection more variety in terms of design.

The trailer below shows off the cars in moving glory, but viewers can also see the rundown of what's in store here, as announced via the Xbox Wire:

- 2015 McLaren 650S Coupe: Go for refined looks and even finer speed and style, as this revolutionised McLaren 12C could go over 120 mph in eight seconds, a drag reduction system and mad brake-steering system.

- 2014 Land Rover Range Rover Supercharged: For those who want a supercar that also has tank-quality security, this car is the best bet. It can conquer any land and street and can even be put the test on a fine long road trip.

- 1970 Buick GSX: While its looks hint at mid-car, its power is at par with any other car. This Buick boasts a lean motor, revised Hurst transmission and a conservative 360 horsepower capacity.

- 2015 Audi RS 6 Avant: Proof that a family car does not have to be boring, this drive shows off lightweight form and better function of 500 horsepower, AWD system and twin-turbo V8.

- 1988 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Super Sport: The super car version is all about flying off the tracks.

Furthermore, this month also brings in a new free car in the form of the 2002 Lotus Esprit V8. This car combines seed and looks, boasting a four-cylinder twin-turbo V8, a tuned 350 horsepower, speed of 175 MPH and a design that has under it 30 years of experience in supercars.
