TV Guide reports that on Tuesday’s episode of “DOOL,” Rafe will find out something about Dr. Malcolm, while Caroline has a disturbing vision. Meanwhile, Eve takes Claire under her wing as an apprentice. As for Adrienne, she has some upsetting news for Lucas.

The “DOOL” website posted sneak peek photos of the cast for the Dec. 22 episode. A photo of Rafe is shown here as he discovers information about Dr. Malcolm. Click here to see Caroline as she looks worried about a vision that she just had.

Spoilers from Soap Central also indicate that Caroline’s vision will be about the future of the Kiriakis dynasty. Now that the new heir is in charge, she has a strong feeling that the outlook is bleak for the family.

“Days Of Our Lives” followers know that in previous episodes, Caroline’s predictions about Bo became real. She had a vision before about what would happen to Bo (Peter Reckell) , leading to his final days. She was also able to predict his death a few hours before it occurred.

Meanwhile, Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) returned to Salem earlier this month to take over Titan, as requested by his father Victor (John Aniston). Since his return, he has stirred things up with his business decisions, particularly on the experimental drug originally designed to cure Caroline’s visions.

On Monday’s episode, Philip vowed that he’ll do anything it takes to lift the business’ profit margin. “Days Of Our Lives” airs Mondays to Fridays on NBC. Wednesday's episode will continue with the long-running soap's dramatic storyline featuring other "DOOL" characters including Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Belle (Martha Madison).
