Days of Our Lives” (“DOOL”) will continue with the complicated stories of its characters as Christmas approaches. The “DOOL” episodes from Dec. 14-18 will focus on Hope (Kristian Alfonso), Belle (Martha Madison), Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier), Ciara (Vivian Jovanni), Theo (Kyler Pettis), Rafe (Galen Gering), Kayla (Mary Beth Evans), Abigail (Kate Mansi), Chad (Billy Flynn) and Ava (Tamara Braun). [Spoiler Alert!]

On Monday, Dec. 14, Hope will attempt to save Ciara, according to We Love Soaps. However, Hope will learn that no good deed goes unpunished as her efforts to help out someone will put her in a tight spot.

On the “DOOL” episode on Tuesday, Dec. 15, Philip will run into Belle and familiar romantic emotions will be triggered. Philip and Belle, once married, shared a roller-coaster love life. They separated when it was revealed that Claire Brady (Alina Foley) was not his biological daughter. Then, the ex-couple got back together and tried to conceive using in-vitro fertilization. However, they parted ways again when Belle left Philip for Shawn-Douglas Brady (Jason Cook).

Soap She Knows reports that Hope will be thrust back into the spotlight on Wednesday, Dec. 16, as she gets arrested by Rafe for murder. In an earlier episode, Rafe said he loves Hope, but she did not acknowledge the confession.

“Days of Our Lives” will show Kayla’s horror when she finds herself face to face with Ava on Thursday, Dec. 17. This week, Ava was seen complimenting Joey (James Lastovic) for reuniting Kayla and Steve (Stephen Nichols), despite her true intentions to destroy his family.

On Friday, Dec. 18, Kayla will be seen lashing out at Ava but will be rendered speechless when Ava reveals something to her. Elsewhere, Abigail will be left heartbroken as Chad ends their relationship.

In the previous episodes of “Days of Our Lives,” Kayla and Steve were shown to share an intimate moment for the first time in years, thanks to their son Joey’s efforts to reunite them. Meanwhile, Hope made a deal with Dr. Malcolm (Adam Leadbeater) after he strangled her. For the amount of $500,000, he will divulge to Hope who hired him.

Days of Our Lives” airs from Monday to Friday on NBC. The plot is expected to take more twists and turns as the characters search for the truth. More updates and details are expected in the following days.
