'Days Of Our Lives' spoilers for Aug 25: Ciara confesses love to Chad but gets rejected; Jennifer receives much-needed help
Salem faces a shocking turn of events on the upcoming episode of “Days Of Our Lives” (“DOOL”). On Thursday, Chad (Billy Flynn) is stunned when Ciara (Vivian Jovanni) reveals that she loves him. This is the least thing that Billy needs – he is still grieving over his wife’s “death” and has recently given up custody of his son. Spoilers suggest that Ciara is heartbroken and humiliated after Chad says he can’t return her affections.
Meanwhile, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) is also mortified to wake up after a night of booze and pills. Fortunately for her, two women come to her rescue and help her recover. Other “Days Of Our Lives” cast members who will figure prominently on the Aug.25 installment include Belle (Martha Madison), Kayla (Mary Beth Evans), Theo (Kyler Pettis) and Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan).

TV Guide reports that on Thursday’s run of “DOOL,” Chad insists that he not fit to raise Thomas. He finds himself dealing with another issue when Ciara pours her heart out to him. Meanwhile, Ciara catches Theo and Claire making out. Elsewhere, Jennifer is appalled when Belle and Kayla see her sorry state in the motel room.

On Wednesday, Rafe confronted Mayor Abe after he appoints Aiden as the new DA. Abe told Rafe to back off – it’s not his business to question the mayor’s decision. Meanwhile, the former DA questioned Aiden why he was interested in the position. Aiden said that he wanted to give back to the community, but inside, he knew that his new job came with undeniable perks.
Meanwhile, Theresa and Brady were finally able to reunite Tate after they, along with John, track him down at a motel outside Salem. However, they couldn’t fully celebrate finding Tate – right after, the police arrested Victor at the hospital for conspiring to kidnap the child. Victor insisted that he’s innocent and Sonny pointed his finger to Deimos. At the SPD, Victor told John that he’s got the wrong person.
