Chris Brown’s Neighbors Rallied to have his Probation Revoked

Uh-oh. Looks like Rihanna’s ex, Chris Brown is in trouble again.

After working hard providing community services for over a year to win the judge’s approval for a more relaxed probationary ruling, Chris Brown may face yet another legal battle.

A looming court case against Brown has put him on the headlines recently, after his neighbors have united asking the court judge assigned in his assault case against Rihanna to revoke his probation.

TMZ is reporting that Brown’s neighbors in West Hollywood condo are now rallying to have the court remand the ruling issued in his favor early this year.

His Hollywood neighbors are complaining that the singer has been in violation of his probation on the Rihanna assault case - - and that is, “to obey all laws”.

The complaints came after Brown was reportedly not being a good neighbor. The letter sent by his neighbors to his probation officer stated that Brown has been making the lives of his neighbors miserable. The homeowners association described him in the letter as “parking in the handicapped spaces” with no regard; “blaring his music at all hours” and even resort to vandalizing properties in the vicinities.

Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos already responded to the situation, issuing a statement describing the complainant as a big ‘nut’.

Geragos turned the table around and argued that it was actually Brown as the victim in his latest legal battle. Why a victim? Because apparently, said Geragos, the problem originates from the management of the building who he said has been ‘misleading Brown over the parking spots’.

Geragos expressed his confidence that the citations received by Chris will soon be dismissed. TMZ noted that Geragos already met with West Hollywood City Attorney and the lawyer reiterated his high hopes that the ruling will be in Brown’s favor.

It will be recalled that early this year, Brown heaved a sigh of relief when he saw light at the end of the tunnel following more relaxed rulings.

Brown has been embroiled in legal battles after he assaulted former girlfiend, Rihanna in 2009.
