In a recent interview, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige shares some details about Spider-Man’s cameo appearance in “Captain America: Civil War.” He also teases a possible dialogue happening between the web crawler and Iron Man.

Kevin Feige sat down with Colliderto talk about the Phase 3 films under the Marvel Cinematic Universe, including the much anticipated sequel, “Captain America: Civil War.” In his interview, Feige was grilled about Spider-Man’s (Tom Holland) confirmed debut appearance, especially on how much screen time he gets in the film.

“I’m not even acknowledging that he has any screen time in any movie, except a standalone movie in July 2017,” Feige replied.

Collider also asked whether Spider-Man will share some scenes with any of the main characters, including Iron Man/Tony Stark, played by Robert Downey Jr., and Captain America/Steve Rogers, played by Chris Evans. Feige was especially quizzed if Spider-Man will have a “banter” scene with Iron Man.

“That was part of it," Feige said, referring to the screen test between Holland and Downey Jr. for “Captain America: Civil War.” "When we’ll see that, I don’t know, but that was part of it.”

Feige was pressed for details whether the dialogue used in the screen test was the actual screen play or if it was written just for the screen test. Feige replied it was a combination of the actual screenplay and for the screen test although different character names were used to avoid the chances of spoilers being leaked.

According to theHollywood Reporter, Holland also did some screen tests with Chris Evans. He was reportedly the only contender for the Spider-Man role who was asked to have a separate screening with the Captain America star. It’s believed Marvel was trying to determine if there would be any kind of chemistry between the two “Civil War” casts.

Feige also admitted during his interview with Collider that they have yet to come up with the title and the screenwriter for the “Spider-Man” reboot will be announced. He also revealed the Web crawler’s costume will be revealed soon but didn’t give a specific timeline.

Whether Holland will have a major role to play in “Captain America: Civil War” is still unclear. Details of his cameo appearance in the sequel have, so far, been scarce.
