The Apple iPad Mini 5 may come in different sizes and storage variants. The highly-anticipated device could sport 7000-Series Aluminium Chassis. Even though Apple has not confirmed the specs and features of the device, rumours suggest, the device is expected to sport some excellent features such as huge storage capacity and new touch technology.

The Apple iPad Mini 5 could have the new stylus, Apple Pencil, along with the rapid fast USB Type-C ports. As was the case with Apple iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, the iPad Mini 5 will also drop the 3.5mm headphone jack. It is expected to have a lighter body panel than its predecessor and could be made dust and water-resistant.

Three different sizes are expected for the Apple iPad Mini 5, 9.7-inch, 10.5-inch, and 12.9-inch. Moreover, three storage units are also expected, 32GB, 64GB and 128GB. According to HNGN, Apple may release the tablet in March 2017 and it could feature an A9 chipset, 3GB RAM and an M9 motion coprocessor. An 8MP primary camera and 1.2MP front camera could be included.

Apple iPad Mini 5 fans may also see 3D Touch technology wherein fans can have a pressure-sensitive touchscreen and Retina Display. The device will reportedly run on the latest version of iOS 10.

According to TechAdvisor UK, the Apple iPad Mini 5 could also be called the iPad Pro Mini and based on the iPad Mini 4 pricing, it can be assumed that the 32GB Apple iPad Mini 5 could cost £379 (AU$640) for the Wi-Fi only model, £499 (AU$840) for the 32GB Wi-Fi + 4G model, £469 (AU$790) for the 128GB Wi-Fi only model and £589 (AU$990) for the 128GB Wi-Fi + 4G version.
