According to reliable sources, Amy Winehouse was on a drinking binge just days before her untimely death, and it seems the singer didn't kick her demons before she died.

In a report posted by The Mirror, the singer allegedly spent a week drinking too much alcohol. The "Rehab" singer was spotted taking shots at the Roundhouse theatre, relapsing after three weeks of being sober. It was said that the last event Winehouse attended was a performance by her 15-year-old goddaughter Dionne Broomfield, where the late star also sang for the crowd. According to the report, Winehouse went straight to another event before heading to her North Camden home.

"She didn't want the night to stop. She fell off the wagon and then some more. She went off to a second bash at another house around midnight" says the source in a report by Mirror. Earlier last week, a drug fixer named Tony Azzopardi claims the singer bought drugs from her after Winehouse picked him up in a Camden pub. Although the Winehouse family claims Azzopardi's statements do not correspond to the singer's final hours, this new detail on the story might support the fixer's claims.

Meanwhile Camden town hall chiefs are suggesting that there are ongoing conversations on whether they'll place a permanent Amy Winehouse memorial. "Camden council is aware that there have been suggestions made as to what might be appropriate as fitting tributes to Amy Winehouse within the borough, and that conversations are still ongoing", says a spokesperson in the same report by Mirror.co.uk.
